Comparing quotes isn’t always easy. Sometimes the volume differs, and some quotes don’t include certain foreseeable costs. Our rates include absolutely everything foreseeable. Therefore, to properly compare our quote, please check that the following elements are included:
  • Full packing service by professional movers,
  • Supply of packing materials,
  • Destination port charges (often excluded from competitors’ quotes, frequently amounting to several hundred euros, or even thousands for destinations like Brazil),
  • Customs clearance that does not generate duties or taxes at destination (subject to regulations),
  • Delivery to your new home and unpacking
Because we guarantee quality service, simplify your move with an all-inclusive offer, fair prices with no surprises, and a highly supportive, multicultural team that listens at every step. Furthermore, our LCL consolidation service is both cost-effective and eco-responsible.
We achieve cost savings by sharing container costs, not by compromising on quality. Why book an entire container for a single move when you can share it with others for the same quality of service?
We often get this question, but no! We use the same teams of professional packers trained in our processes. We also have several storage facilities in Europe. It is in these “hubs” that we consolidate our clients’ moves before loading them into a shared container.

All about our rates

You can contact us via WhatsApp, email, or call us if you prefer! However, we recommend using our rate simulator. You’ll get an idea of our prices and can request a formal quote there.
The price includes:
  • Collection,
  • Professional packing,
  • International transport,
  • Customs formalities
  • and delivery at destination.
What is not included is listed on our destination pages and on our quotes. No hidden fees, everything is clear from the start.
You can pay in installments, interest-free, to better organize your move budget. A deposit is required upon booking, an interim payment may be added if you book early, and the balance must be paid no later than the container loading day.
You can pay by bank transfer (preferred method) or credit/debit card (upon request via a secure payment link). Cheques and cash are not accepted.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, with a minimum of 7 weeks for international LCL consolidation. The precise estimate is indicated on each destination page on our site, and you are informed at each stage of the transport.

Departures vary by destination and season, with several loadings organized each month. The simplest way is to contact us directly: we will inform you of the next available dates for your destination.
Ideally, book 4 to 6 weeks in advance to guarantee the best availability. However, if you are in a hurry, we will always do our best to find a quick solution. Contact us 🙂

It is not recommended to pack yourself, as retail materials may not always guarantee sufficient protection. Our teams handle everything with professional materials, and it’s included in the price, so take advantage of it!

Packing and materials are always included, with over 40 professional references like dish barrels or wardrobe boxes, to carefully protect your belongings during the long journey.
Yes, our teams can handle the dismantling and reassembly of your complex furniture, such as beds, wardrobes, or bookcases. Simply specify this in advance so we can allocate the necessary time and tools.

What can I take with me?

Lithium batteries from scooters and electric bikes are not accepted in easygroupage shipments. Alcohol is often highly regulated or prohibited. If you have a wine cellar stock, it might be permissible for certain countries. Contact us if you have specific requirements. Finally, we do not accept items like jewelry or cash.
Yes, certain goods require specific documents or authorizations depending on the country: vehicle registration and proof of purchase for vehicles, declaration of value for artwork, permits for weapons, prescriptions for medications… Food products, plants, animals, or biological substances are often prohibited. We help you verify all these requirements beforehand.
Yes, it is entirely possible to include a car or motorcycle in your international move. Just specify this when requesting a quote so we can offer the most suitable solution.
Yes, we have the experience and appropriate materials to safely transport fragile items, artwork, pianos, or other valuable goods. Simply notify us so we can arrange custom packing and handling.

About insurance

Insurance covers your goods against damage or loss during transport. It is customized based on the declared value of your effects, and our teams assist you in completing the declaration correctly.
Yes, insurance is mandatory for all moves with easygroupage. You can purchase it through us or another insurer, as long as it adequately covers your international move.

Easygroupage is more eco-responsible because we consolidate multiple international moves into the same container. We also optimize truck loading beforehand and use recycled materials to safely pack your goods.
We calculate the carbon footprint of your move for free based on the GLEC framework, using data from EcoTransIT World and the Smart Freight Centre. It is indicated in every simulation and quote.
